Beth Adamson Beth Adamson - Director of Prairie Family Business Association

For the past nine years, Beth has worked with business owning families and professional advisors in the areas of family communication, business development and family ownership. She is an adjunct professor at the University and teaches a Family Business Dynamics class.  Beth’s experience growing up in a family business provides a unique and personal desire to provide both networking and educational resources for business owning families.  She received her certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute in 2004.  Beth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Therapy from the University of Minnesota with eighteen years of experience in sales, management and management training with the United States Chamber of Commerce.  Beth and her husband Dale have four children and two grandsons.

Rise

Rise Jongeling - Program Director

Rise (pronounced REESA) Jongeling started with PFBA in October 2007. She brings an assortment of experiences with her including; Science, Business, and Education. In 2006, she completed her Masters in Education with Emphasis on Learning and Technology. Rise has taught math and sciences at the high school level and consulted entrepreneurial business workshops and seminars for Women in Business and SBA. Rise is married to Gary and they have five children ages 27, 24, 20, 17, 14. Rise likes to garden, walk and read. When she is not at activities that involve the children, you can find her doing one of these activities.

Bonnie Staiger

Bonnie Staiger - North Dakota - Membership Development

Bonnie Staiger, Hon. AIA, is a Bismarck, ND native and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Over the years, Bonnie has served on numerous community boards of directors. After closing her family’s (3-generation) local printing business in 1989, Bonnie started The Staiger Consulting Group. An entrepreneur at heart, she never gave a thought to working for someone else. Transferring the knowledge and skills from volunteer board service, she decided to pursue the executive side of the non-profit equation specializing in association management, government advocacy, organizational development, and not-for-profit groups.

Stacy Staiger Krumwiede

Stacy Staiger Krumwiede - North Dakota - Membership Development

In 2006, the company doubled in size when Bonnie’s daughter Stacy (Staiger) Krumwiede expressed an interest in moving back to North Dakota. While a graduate student at Florida Gulf Coast University, Stacy kept up with her studies online and becoming a full partner in The Staiger Consulting Group. She received her undergraduate degree in Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration from FGCU in 2010.
