Mixing family and business generates many unique and significant challenges which are piled on top of the “normal” challenges existing in our business environment.  One of the most difficult and often ignored questions for business owning families is:  “Who is FAMILY in the family business?” Our presenters will share some key questions family business leaders need to consider and suggest how to apply the answers to this question as it relates to the ownership, employment and family leadership in your business.
In this important webinar we will discuss:

  • Some current statistics on the make-up of the family
  • How defining “family” impacts decisions made regarding ownership, employment and family leadership
  • Suggest ways to apply this information to your family business
  • Share some real life examples from consulting experience
  • Learn how one family’s experience defining involvement in family leadership, employment and ownership is strengthening their family business legacy
